I’m Hiba Baz Radwan a 24 year old professional with a BSc in Applied Physics from the Lebanese American University and an MSc in Service Management from the University of Bologna. I have over four years of experience in project management, business analysis, sales, operations, and customer engagement in international environments. At Gruppo Maggioli, I worked as a Project Manager on cybersecurity-related projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting business model development.

This role strengthened my skills in strategic planning and problem-solving. In addition, I previously worked as a content creator in the robotics and STEM field and I also served as President of the Physics Club at LAU, leading initiatives, managing social media reaching over 20,000 followers, and organizing events and collaborations.

Currently, I am completing an internship in banking and finance, further developing my analytical and financial skills. I am passionate about innovation, education, and communication, and I aim to combine analytical thinking and creativity to deliver meaningful impact across industries.
