My name is Toghrul Yadigarov, I am a 20-year-old Azerbaijani student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Law. I have been representing my country and university in international organizations, moocs and events such as ALSA, Global Peace Chain and so on. Further, I successfully volunteered at COP29 as a Government Liasion Team Member. My passion about using digital content as a tool to raise awareness on sustainable development, environmental responsibility, and social inclusion pushed me to join this respectful team.

As a content creator at the Circle of Sustainable Europe, I aim to transform complex and developing topics such as AI and Cybersecurity into clear, engaging, and accessible contents for diverse audiences. My work is research-oriented and impact-driven, combining analytical thinking with creative storytelling. Through strategic communication and meaningful content, I strive to inspire informed dialogue, encourage active participation, and contribute to building a more sustainable, inclusive, and resilient Europe.
