Nia Khechikashvili

Project Officer

Nia Khechikashvili is a Brussels-based graduate student at KU Leuven, specializing in financial analysis, with a strong interest in innovation, entrepreneurship, and international collaboration.

She is actively engaged in the European youth and startup ecosystem, having participated in multiple Erasmus+ exchanges and initiatives focused on sustainability, leadership, and cross-cultural dialogue. Through her involvement with Circle of Sustainable Europe, she contributes to international projects as a team leader and supports preparatory visits, partner coordination, and dissemination of project outcomes.

In parallel, she is the founder of Herspective, a platform dedicated to empowering women in finance and technology by fostering inclusive conversations and opportunities.

Her work sits at the intersection of finance, innovation, and social impact, with a particular focus on building collaborative ecosystems across Europe.
